Araby House Pleminary

On Jan 8th Don received a e-mail from a lady who had been in Yuma house hunting. She found a home she liked but said "I had the feeling of being watched all the time I was there," she also stated she found an Indian medicine bag hanging in the shed. She ask if we would check the property out for her.
On Jan 12, Don, Susie, JJ and Trudi took a trip to the home and did a pre-investigation. The home was built in the middle 60's and appeared to be in good repair. Setting on the lot was a 2 room adobe structure (probably the original dwelling) now being used as a garage storage shed. All EMF readings, frequency readings were within normal limits. All pictures taken by JJ, Trudi, and Susie showed no anomalies. We did find the medicine bag in the adobe structure. On close inspection we found it filled with sawdust and machine stitched, leading us to believe it was at one time used as a prop for a costume.
Our findings: The house showed negative response for paranormal activity and further investigation is not warranted. Our report was sent to the prospective buyer and I believe she is currently negotiating on the home.

While going through some pictures that Trudi took with her 35mm She and JJ found the photo below which seems to have the image of someone standing in the window.
