Upon receiving your request to investigate an alleged haunting or similar event the
following procedures are standard:
1. INITIAL CONTACT:An investigator from the Paranormal Research Team will contact you
within 1-3 days upon receiving the request. They will obtain basic information from you
regarding the phenomena you experienced and compile a short report.
4. HISTORICAL RESEARCH: The history of the building or area will be researched. This will
include past owner's names, deaths that have occurred there, folklore and more. The client
WILL be asked to assist in this area.
5. INITIAL INVESTIGATION: We will come out and set up an array of high-tech monitoring
equipment. In most cases the phase takes between 4-6 hours. Follow-up visits may be
necessary, and may require a monitoring time of up to 10 hours.
6. FINAL EVALUATION: The Investigation Team will contact you to go over a report that was
completed during the investigation we will cover all the evidence that was analyzed. We
will explain any unusual events that have been recorded to the best of our ability. We
will also attempt to answer any final questions you may have.
7. COST:Yuma Paranormal Research Team does not charge any fees for it's investigations:
Donations are accepted and if Travel is warranted reimbursement for travel expenses will
be appreciated.
8. DOCUMENTATION: Our main goal is to investigate and document events. To help you
understand what is going on in your environment. Yuma Paranormal Research may request that
you sign a release to allow us to share the results of your investigation with other
agencies. Your name and address or other personal information will NEVER be given out.
