This is rental property which appears to be 2 story structure the lower level being adobe and probably the original structure dating back to the late 20's to early 30's the property is in good repair and up to date. Walk through of the outside shows the property around the home to also be clean and in good repair with no power structures or transformers to cause fluctuation in Electromagnetic Fields.
Occupants of the home include older female (mother) living with 2 daughters and a son the son being in the late teens and the daughters between the ages 13 and 16 however it is not believed at this time that the activity is attached to any person in the home.

Reason for investigation: This Preliminary investigation was the result of a crises call from the residents of the home they reported picking up a spirit while on 16th street and the spirit now in their home was reported as making noise while residents were trying to sleep as well as moving objects and opening and closing doors. After brief phone interview Investigator Swain deducted that the residents of the home were experiencing activity.

Summation:
    Investigators Don and Susie Swain arrived at the residence approximately 2300 hours to find the residence of the home waiting outside the home in their car. The owners accompanied the team members into the home the team used only hand held equipment during this investigation.
During initial walk through Investigator Susie Swain did receive positive reaction from her dowsing rods however EMF readings in the home and the area were well within normal limits.
During the interview both residence interviewed were precise with the earlier report given. During the investigation Investigator Susie Swain pick up EVP of a male voice which is believed to say, "Please Leave" the voice matches the description of the spirit given by the residence of the home being a male in his mid 30's.
During final walk through of the home Investigator Swain alone in the upstairs hall tried to open a door and found it locked he called down to ask if it was locked for any reason the residence of the home advised the door was a closet and never locked Investigator Swain ask if the door could be unlocked at that time the door swung open.
None of the pictures taken during this investigation showed any anomaly however based on the EVP and personal experience of Investigator Swain a full investigation was set for 3-03-03

Summation:

Investigation time 0930 to 0230 all equipment set up of the 93 still image photographs only one showed a possible anomaly of an orb. Investigator Schooley not having any previous knowledge of the haunting area was able to pick out the hot spot in the master bed room where this photo was taken. No EVP was recorded during this investigation this how ever could have been hindered by back ground noise caused by the owners dogs.

Due to the lack of evidence found during the investigation and the fact that all 4 witnesses when interviewed separately showed consistency with the report of the haunting a decision was made to contact a soul seer to cleanse the home.

UPDATE

Keli Adams visited the investigation site. She found that there was indeed 2 spirits residing within the residence one of a male in his mid 30's and one of a weaker older female the male spirit being dominate. The male spirit was drawn by the owners daughter who is the same age as the spirits daughter who had been killed. The spirit felt as if he needed to protect the young girl out of guilt.

With coaching and council from Keli the home owners were able to move the spirit to the other side the house is no longer experiencing haunting activity.
