Investigation Note:
Kitchen area was source of high EMF; however there is a large walk in cooler located in the area of the EMF reading it is believed that this is the source of the high EMF. During the investigation there were no other EMF spikes reported in any area of the site. The EMF reading remained normal at 2mg. Temperature scans remained normal during the investigation as follows. Kitchen 83 to 84 degrees, Main Dining Room 73 to 75 degrees and the banquet hall (back dining room) 80 to 82 degrees. Humidity through out the investigation area remained steady at 33%. There had been many eye witness reports of the ghost of Sarah Britton sighted both in the kitchen area and the front lobby area however at the time of the investigation by the Yuma Spirit Hunters no evidence could be collected to substantiate these eye witness reports.
The conclusion of this investigation finding is inconclusive
