Home occupant is Mother and Daughter both described hearing voices, smells and oders, smoky forms, cold spots, disappearing objects.

Pre investigation gave concern for occupants safty wheather the phanominon was real or imagined so full investigation was set for 12-19-2004

Equipment used 1 spook box set up running all 4 cameras 2 Sony night shot handy cams, 2 digital still cameras.

Home is in good condition with the exception of moisure leak in master bed room closet area one photo taken showed what the occupant believed to be finger prints on the celing of the closit and was actually mildew (this is also the source of the smells that were reported by the occupants) during investigation air analisys was taken and found that a cover was off the sewer clean out causing high levels of mathane gas in the master bedroom area. CA housing auth was contacted by the occupant and cover was repaired.

It is believed that the home is not active occupants experiances may be explained partially by the methane gas levels in the home and paranoia caused from too many people giving her advise most beliving that it was spiritual desturbances some telling her that it was extra terresterial.

Yuma Spirit Hunters Lead ivestigators refered the case to a local holistic healer for counceling upon re contact with the occupants all occurances had stopped.
