Findings
The new owners of the Lee Hotel contacted the Team regarding some strange happenings at the Hotel. The owners took over the Hotel in March of 2003 being non-believers of ghosts they didn't think twice about the story's they had heard.
In the past month it seems that the resident spirits of the Old Hotel have become more comfortable with the new owners and have been making them selves known in the form of noises and pranks and in one instance with the painting of the lobby even making their likes and dislikes of paint colors known.
During the walk through no EVP was captured due to background noise in the Hotel (it was a full house)
2 anomalous pictures were found as seen below based on this a full investigation and set up was scheduled for 1/9/04

Full Investigation Of the Lower Level Lee Hotel
301 North Main Street, Yuma AZ 85364
Time 08:00Pm to 01:00AM

FINDINGS
During set up Don had the Lithium battery in the Night Shot cam corridor go from 171 minutes left to 34 seconds and die. The scary cam shorted out in the audio receive and the EVP towers recorded nothing but white noise even though monitoring them you could hear real time sounds.
JJ had equipment problems also with 2 of the 3 wireless cameras receiving electrical interference. However the interference could not be tracked down and then dissipated.
Trudi also had problems with the LED display on the Sony Mavica as well as having her pride and joy the Minolta 35 MM camera malfunction.
Results of the investigation
All technical problems could be explained by normal circumstances however not probable that they would all happen at the same time in the same place there is basis for explanation.
