Resident of the home reported seeing objects, hearing the voice of a young girl. Activity has increased since beginning the remodeling of the home a month ago. This is a historic home listed on the Yuma Arizona Historic Registry. The home is a 1920's early adobe building in good repair with DI pole wiring which would explain the high normal EMF readings throughout the home of 3.1 mg. No background of the home could be found due to the loss of records in the 1923 and 1946 court house fires. From 1947 to present there have been no activities to warrant a haunting.

Pleminary Investigation done 6-23-03 by investigator Susie Swain, of 112 still pictures taken none showed anomaly that could not be explained. One EVP was captured by an Olympus Digital Recorder left in the back bed room. The recording is unable to be understood but seems to be that of a young girl seemingly 7 to 9 years old. The  owner of the home listened to 3 differant EVP (only one from her home) and was able to identify the voice she had heard before. Temperature readings in the home fluctuated from 66 to 70 degrees however the home is cooled by 3 window air conditioners this could very well explain the temperature fluctuation within the home.

Due to the EVP further investigation is warranted currently waiting for the owner to call back and schedule a full investigation of the home.

UPDATE: As of 8-4-03 YSH has been unable to make contact with the owner of the home this case file has been closed pending re-contact.
